Re-location of 23strong memorial

By mutual agreement, the decision was made this year to re-locate the Memorial from San Ysidro Ranch to a more public location: Manning Park in Montecito. Tremendous appreciation and thank you to First District Supervisor Das Williams, and his staff, in gaining approval from the County for the positioning of the Memorial in this beautiful public park.
