Montecito 1/9 Debris Flow victims.
23 BOULDERS removed from flow area to Memorial Park* , each one representing one of the deceased. Semi circle and grouped by family, and scaled according to age. Smallest boulder for 2 year old Lydia Sutthithepa and largest for James Mitchell, age 89. Seat carved in to each boulder for family, friends and visitors to reflect. Each name, with age, engraved on to the backrest.
